Life is an obstacle course
That we tread with care.
We grow and learn to long for love.
We seek our balance in another.

The quest is a challenge -
Yet we struggle and fight for what we feel.

Sometimes we get lucky and find someone special.
Revitalized ~
We walk with a smile in our step
And open ourselves to the other.

Still ~ for some reason ~ life throws us more obstacles.
We calculate and dodge and try to manage our way through.
We press forward and fight -
Diligently pursuing our happiness,
Instinctively following the path towards togetherness, freedom and bliss.

The life obstacles don't cease,
They keep coming,
They keep pelting us and bruising us,
And we try our best to heal and carry on.
The Team of Two find unity amongst the chaos.

Still the obstacles come,
Linger,
Grow,
