Come on universe ~ gimme some attitude on this Tampa Bay Friday night. Dish up some of that chaos that is supposed to equate "living" and release me from the doldrums of excessive individualistic hermit-ville. My hair is longer, beard agrowin' and in truth, I really don't give a fuck about it all (even if I deep down actually do).

Maybe it's the excessive long hours here in front of this keyboard & monitor. Maybe it's the early Florida spring with the birds singing and the cute girls smiling. Maybe it's the old need to wear black and sing along with my fingers playing my Guild. Whatever way, the energy is coursing through me and I feel the urge to ignite. Wish I had a band. Need to wind up and let go.

It's not that the dark unknown is calling, it's that my spirit is barking. It's that powerful reaching out and grasping ~ taking ~ engulfing. It's the white knuckles and the half-smirk. These eyes have seen plenty and now I require further depth. It's a consumption thing.
